NO deliveries are made on weekends.

There are times when your order may be delayed, but this is outside of Monark Supply.

Skate-Home items need 2-3 days to prepare, so their shipment is always a little delayed.

Deliveries to remote areas or islands may be delayed.

In the Iberian peninsula and the Balearic Islands, shipments are with Tipsa or Correos.

At the moment we have restricted shipments to the Canary Islands.

We will always provide you with the tracking number of your shipment.

The deadline for orders placed on Sundays and holidays comes into effect with the beginning of the next business day. Likewise, this period applies to orders paid by bank transfer once the total amount due has been received.

The delivery time will depend on the product purchased and the place of shipment.

In EU countries the shipment can take from 4 to 7 working days.

For countries outside the EU or US consult delivery times.

When the package is delivered to the courier service, an email will be sent with the tracking number with which to locate the package on the transport company's website.
